What is Mickel Therapy?

 

 

 

 

Mickel Therapy is a talking therapy which identifies, through a specific questioning process, the underlying causes of:

 

  • chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue and exhaustion
  • fibromyalgia, joint and muscle pain
  • insomnia
  • stress and anxiety
  • depression
  • irritable bowel

 

Developed by a medical doctor in the UK, Dr David Mickel, Mickel Therapy works by training people to interpret the message their body is sending them via symptoms. In essence, the body does not make mistakes, symptoms are never random, and we can learn to interpret our body's communication.

 

During sessions clients learn the nature of 'emotional intelligence' and how emotions and symptoms are signs of imbalance, containing precise clues as to the action that needs to be taken to bring the body back into balance.
