REGISTRATION

What are the different registration options?

  • The free option includes replays of all 28 webinars. You have 48 hours from the time you receive the replay email to listen to the online audio replays. This includes the replay of any live events. Replay emails are sent approx 5pm each day US PST - see the schedule here
  • The Premium option includes 28 audio-visual webinars with slide presentations and Mp3 downloads. Plus you have live access to the 9 live events between 9-17 September, and will receive $750 worth of bonus material from presenters, plus entry into the prize draw pool worth $10,000. To upgrade to the Premium package, click here.

What webinars do I get?

Both the free option and premium paid option receive the replays. The difference is:

  • The free option are audio online replays only, and there are no Mp3 downloads. You have 48 hours from the time you receive the replay email to listen to the online audio replays. See the schedule here - replay emails are sent approx 5pm each day US PST.
  • The Premium option are audio-visual webinars which include slide presentations and Mp3 downloads. You have until 15 October to watch the webinar replays. You will receive an email the day before with the next day's schedule, plus a reminder email 60 minutes before the live webinar, plus a post-event replay link email. Please note the live event link is the same as the replay link!

How do I upgrade to the Premium Package?

You can upgrade any time by returning to the Eventbrite registration page. You will be sent links to any missed recordings and given instructions on how to download the Mp3 recordings and receive your bonuses etc.

How do I get my EARLYBIRD BONUSES?

Earlbird bonuses access details will be sent out in an email on 7 September (next day NZ) once the earlybird bonus deadline is closed. See this page for a detailed description of earlybird bonuses.

If you have any difficulties whatsoever over downloading bonuses, you must contact the relevant presenter, not the Art of Health! Their contact details will also be in the confirmation emails.

How do I get my Premium Package presenter BONUSES?

Details of how to get the free bonuses from presenters which are included in the PREMIUM PACKAGE will be sent in the confirmation emails for each day's webinars. See this page for a detailed description of presenter bonuses.

If you have any difficulties whatsoever over downloading bonuses, please contact the relevant presenter, not the Art of Health!

How do I enter the PRIZE DRAWS and when are they drawn?

Details of how to enter the prize draws will be given during the webinars AND sent in the confirmation emails for each day's webinars.

All prize draws will be drawn on 30 September 2012 and winners will be notified by email by 7 October 2012.

The Art of Health will notify the presenters by email of the prize draw winner's name, and prize draw winners are responsible for making contact with the presenter by 30 October 2012. It is up to the presenter as to when the prize draw winner needs to take up the prize offer by.

How do I register for the SPECIAL OFFERS?

Details of how to register for the presenters special offers will be given during the webinars AND sent in the confirmation emails for each day's webinars.

What is a Teleseminar or Webinar?

Teleseminars and webinars are seminars conducted over the phone and web. A teleseminar or webinar takes internet technology and opens up learning to the world. 

What is the difference between a Teleseminar and Webinar?

  • A teleseminar may be audio only, and sometimes it may include slides
  • A webinar usually includes some sort of visuals, either slides or live video streaming
  • The webinars on the EQ summit include slide presentations

How long are the seminars?

Each seminar is approx 60-90 minutes long

How do I get emails and access details?

When you register for the summit, please check you confirmation email which automatically includes links to:

  • Two mBraining webinars
  • What is Emotional Intelligence Webinar
  • Technical FAQ Webinar
Emails for all other events are sent daily with access details for the next day's events. Please check your inbox for each day's events.

When are the free summit access details sent?

If you have registered for the Free EQ Summit package, you can listen to all teleseminar replays after they have been emailed to you for 48 hours after you receive the emails. The presenter webinars run from Mon 9 - Mon 17 Sept. Emails with access links for the free teleseminars are sent once a day after the live event has aired at approximately 5pm US PST.

How long do I have to listen to the events?

  • The free option includes replays of all 28 webinars for 48 hours from the time you receive the replay email to listen to the online audio replays. Replay emails are sent approx 5pm each day US PST - see the schedule here
  • The Premium option includes 28 audio-visual webinars with slide presentations and Mp3 downloads which you can listen to until 15 October 2012. Mp3 audio downloads must be completed by 15 October 2012. To upgrade to the Premium package, click here.

What does a webinar access link look like?

The access link will look something like this:

http://InstantTeleseminar.com/?eventid=32659608 (this is the link to the 'What is EQ? webinar - click on it to see what the screen looks like).

When you receive your access link to listen to the live teleseminar, the first screen will say 'CLICK HERE TO LISTEN IN'.

Click on 'CLICK HERE TO LISTEN IN' which takes you to a second screen which says:

  • Presentation: View presentation with audio (for PREMIUM REGISTRANTS)
  • Replay (for FREE REGISTRANTS )

Only PREMIUM registrants receive the audio-visual presentation with slides. If you are on the FREE summit package, you will be able to listen to the online audio replays only. If you want to upgrade to the Premium package, click here.

What do I do if I am not receiving emails?

All confirmation emails are automatically being sent!

If you are not receiving event emails, it is most likely because your spam filter is filtering out emails before they reach you.

Spam filters can also filter out emails before they reach your computer, so you also need to check with your service provider’s server to check their spam filter settings.

To ensure our emails can reach you please ensure you white list the following email addresses to ensure you receive the emails which are being sent.

How do I listen in to the mBraining launch webinars?

How do I listen in to the FREE teleseminars?

Just follow the link in your daily emails. You have 48 hours from the time you receive the email to listen to that day's events.

What happens if the telseminar access webpage does not load?

There may be a couple of reasons why this happens:

  • Occasionally the webpage may come up with an error code, eg, 'Error 502 - Bad Request' or 'page not found'. If this happens, please re-load the page and it will normally work fine!
  • Sometimes different browsers (eg, Mozilla Firefox, or Google, or Google Chrome, or Microsoft Internet Explorer, work differently. It may be worth trying a different browser!

What happens if I can hear audio but don't see slides?

  • Sometimes different browsers (eg, Mozilla Firefox, or Google, or Google Chrome, or Microsoft Internet Explorer), work differently. It may be worth trying a different browser!
  • Remember - only Premium participants receive the audio-visual presentations for the main events 9-17 September. If you are on the free event, you only receive the online audio replays of events. If you wish to upgrade to the Premium package, click here

What happens if the screen says 'playing' but nothing plays?

Try refreshing your screen or try another browser. Mozilla Firefox, or Google, or Google Chrome, or Microsoft Internet Explorer, work differently so it may be worth trying a different browser!

How do I convert to my time zone?

Please use time zone converter to convert to your time zone. You will need to convert FROM 1pm PST (Los Angeles) to your local time to work out what time the live event airs your time.

Here are some common conversion times pre-calculated for you:

1pm US PST = 4pm US EST = 9pm UK = 6am Sydney OZ (next day) = 8am NZ (next day)

What is US PST?

All live events are timed for 1pm US PST which stands for USA Pacific Standard Time. The easiest city to remember for PST is Los Angeles!

Please remember only Premium participants can listen to live events as they are airing live. If you are on the free summit package, you will recevive the replay of the live event only. If you wish to upgrade to the Premium package, click here

What happens if I cannot attend the live event?

No problem!

If you have registered for the FREE OPTION you have 48 hours to listen to the recordings from the time you are sent the email with access details.

If you upgrade to the PREMIUM PACKAGE you can listen any time up to 30 October 2012, PLUS you can download the Mp3 recordings to keep for good!

How do I download the Mp3 audios?

Apart from the 2 mBraining live launch webinars, What is EQ webinar and Technical FAQ webinar, Mp3 audio downloads are available for PREMIUM and WEBINAR PACKAGE registrants only. If you want to upgrade to the Premium or webinar packages, click here.

When you receive your access link to listen to the live teleseminar, this will also be the same access link to download the Mp3 from after the live event is over.

Hold down the 'control' key on the keyboard while you click on the mp3 link. This will bring up the right click menu. From there, you can select to 'save link as' or 'save page as' or 'download file as' (it will depend on the web browser).

How do I view and listen to the audio-visual webinar?

How to download Mp3:

Can I get get the recordings on CD?

The recordings may be available after the live event as a CD. Please email your interest to into "at" art of health.co.nz

If there is enough interest, a CD will be made, and will be an additional cost to cover production expenses.

How do I connect in to listen and / or watch?

You have three choices:

1. Listen by phoning in via phone to a special phone number supplied when you rare given access details

2. Listen via the web on your computer, iPod, iPad, iPhone etc (for live events only)

3. Phone in via skype from your computer (for live events only)

Listening options will be supplied to you upon registration.

There are a limited number of phone lines which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis as people call in.

How do I connect via the web and how much does it cost?

Listening in via the internet means the 'listening' part is free, but if the webinar is a paid webinar, you must have paid for it first!

What speed internet connection do I need?

  • A broadband connection is needed if you are connecting to a live event
  • It is better to have a broadband connection for replays

Connect by phone to Art of Health teleseminars

How do I connect via phone and how much does it cost?

Listening by phone is for live events only! All replays can only be listened to on the web.

Taking advantage of capped phone rates, cheap calling cards and skype calls, participants only pay a minimal amount for calling in by phone, even if they are calling to an overseas number.

Normal phone rates will apply as if you were calling someone on the phone.

As a guideline, a one hour call from New Zealand to a USA phone number will cost around $2.50. Please check your provider.

nb - it is not normally a good idea to use a calling card as they will not work with the pin number you will need to use

What phone connecton do I need?

You can use a normal phone, cell phone or skype - it's up to you, but check the rates first!

Normal phone rates will apply as if you were calling someone on the phone unless it is a toll-free number. You will be told if there are toll-free numbers available.

Which countries have free access phone numbers?

Currently, phone access to teleconferences is by calling a number in one of the following countries:

If you are based in New Zealand and wish to call in to the webinar by phone, you will need to call a number in one of the above countries.

Telephone calls are very reasonable to the USA - an average cost for a 90 minute call is around NZ $2.50 - please make sure you check the costs in advance. The Art of Health will not be held responsible for your phone costs.

Please note that the above information relates to the cost of connection only: the cost of the teleseminar is separate - the free package is free and the premium package is paid.

Connect by Skype to Art of Health teleseminars

How do I connect via Skype and how much does it?

Normal skype rates will apply - please check out the costs with skype

In order to connect via Skype you must have a skype account.

Install Skype

To connect to a conference using skype:

STEP 1

Either add the contact "Joinconference" to your contact list

Or dial it directly without adding the contact first.

You will have to type in the name with your keyboard, and no country designation is required.

STEP 2

Once the call is connected, bring up the virtual dial pad to enter your host or guest pin code which will have been supplied after you register for the teleseminar.

While it does depend on your skype version, the button to bring up the virtual dial pad usually looks like a picture of 9 small dots. Once the dial pad is open, you can click on the numbers with your mouse, or use your keyboard.

If the system does not seem to understand the dial tone commands, you may need to sign out of skype, and then sign back in and try the call again.

How and when can I submit QUESTIONS to presenters?

Questions can be submitted for live events only!

Before each event you will be emailed a link to access the webcast (online web event).

On the page there is a box to submit questions before or during the event.

You can submit questions as soon as you receive the link but questions will only be answered during the live event.

How do I talk to the presenters during live events?

If you wish to speak LIVE to the presenters during the call, you will need to dial in using a direct line - ie, not a calling card.

You will be instructed during the event how to call use your phone to call in.

There are a limited number of phone lines which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis as people call in.
